To maintain LTA registration, Elham Sports Club must meet the following safeguarding standards:
- Safeguarding Policy & Procedures clearly communicated and implemented
- Diversity & Inclusion Policy & Procedures clearly communicated and implemented
- Appointment of a trained Welfare Officer
- Relevant personnel to complete Criminal Records Checks
- Annual Risk Assessment of the venue and facilities
- Level 3+ coaches to hold LTA Accreditation or Accreditation+
